Course unit content

The traineeship in Animal Husbandry and Nutrition is an external practical activity, practiced in structures, Italian or foreign, specially arranged according to the University procedures, chosen by the student on the basis of their own interests. These structures are represented by ASL (public veterinary services, area C – hygiene of livestock and zootechnical productions), by herds, by feed industries, by wildlife recovery facilities (CRAS) or by free-lance veterinarians, with a professional activity mainly oriented to zootechnical problems (wellness, nutrition, reproduction). On the basis of these premises, there is no a reference program, as the activities are diversified on the basis of the structures to which the student accesses.
