Student registry office

The Student Registry Office manages, from an administrative point of view, the careers of students from enrolment to graduation.

It provides information on the bureaucratic formalities for:

  • pre-enrolment
  • enrolment
  • incoming or outgoing transfers
  • transfer from/to another UNIPR degree course
  • withdrawal from a course
  • suspension of studies
  • programme of study
  • fees and contributions
  • students' careers
  • graduation procedure
  • enrolment in individual courses

Reception arrangements

Student registry offices receive by appointment on the following days and in the following manner:

  • Monday: remote reception, via teams only, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Tuesday: at the student secretarial offices, from 12.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
  • Thursday: at the student secretarial offices, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
