The course aims to provide the basic methodological tools for dealing with various types of texts to be translated into french language .

After a general introduction on the history of translation and translational issues, the course aims to provide the basic methodological tools for dealing with various types of texts to be translated into french language.Il corpus of texts under examination will be journalistic circles , advertising and literary texts with reference to the twentieth century.

Other information
Students are required to pass the written examination before being admitted to the oral examination. In order to take the written exam, it is compulsory for students to have completed 12 hours of self-study in the multi-media laboratory.
