Learning objectives

knowing the technologies for the reduction of microbial load on food of animal origin

Directing the student towards management of infectious diseases taking into account the guidelines set by WHO and OIE.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of infectious diseases, medical pathology, surgical pathology and obstetrics.

Course unit content

Provide students with information about the issues that concern the management of infectious diseases, with special reference to the methods of prophylaxis aimed at limiting the use of antibiotics.
