Under the guidance of the teacher students acquire skills and knowledge (1st and 2nd Dublin indicator) that can not be achieved in the classroom. The discussion with the teacher and with the farmers of the problems of farming leads students to develop an autonomous capacity for judgment (3rd Dublin indicator) and a personal ability to communicate (4th Dublin indicator) with people related to the industry.
