Course organisation

The Course Council is composed of the official professors of the teachings related to the course and the researchers who carry out educational support activities for a teaching related to the Course, as well as a representation of the students equal to 20% of the other members.

The tasks of the Course Council are governed by the Course Regulations.

Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)

The QAM:

  • collaborates with the President of the study course and the Department Director in planning improvement actions and monitors their implementation;
  • monitors the correct performance of teaching activities and support services;
  • informs the President of the degree course of any problem concerning the correct performance of teaching activities, also on the basis of students' reports

Education Manager (EM)

The Education Manager ensures the organisation and functionality of the degree course teaching, manages and updates the content of the degree course website.

Review Group (GR)

The RG:

  • has the task of guiding the degree course towards the goal of continuous improvement of results;
  • manages the self-assessment process by periodically monitoring the course data, detecting strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective and improvement actions.

Guidance and tutoring activities support students in their choice of university pathway and throughout their studies.

International Student Mobility Commission

The Commission manages student mobility (incoming and outgoing) in relation to all international exchange programmes (Erasmus Plus, Overworld etc.).

Delegate for career guidance

The Delegate organises and promotes initiatives aimed at facilitating the entry of graduating and graduate students into the world of work. 

Commission pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 5 of the Teaching Regulations of the Study Course

The Course Council can designate commissions within itself to which it delegates the task of evaluating and approving practices concerning students (study plans, internships, transitions and transfers, etc.) and of assisting the President in coordinating teaching activities and in carrying out his duties. VPI (verification of initial preparation) commission

Joint Teacher-Student Commission (CPDS)

Each department establishes a Joint Committee of Teachers and Students (CPDS) consisting of one lecturer and one student from each course of study pertaining to the department.
The CPDS is a permanent observatory on teaching activities.

The degree course contact person for vulnerable groups works in close cooperation with the CAI (Centre for Reception and Inclusion) in the field of reception, assistance, social integration and rights of people with disabilities, Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee, which is composed of a representation of pharmaceutical course professors and representatives from the world of work, ensures constant liaison with the world of business and the world of work, in order to assess the progress of the Degree Courses, to draw up proposals for the definition and design of the course catalogue and learning objectives, and to promote contacts for possible student training internships in companies and institutions.
