The graduate's competences and possible jobs include:
management and consultancy for companies operating in the fields of production,processing,marketing and preservation of food products;
evaluation of quality and hygiene aspects of finished products;
management of production lines; employment in food analysis laboratories;
mployment in consultancy, assistance and technical dissemination services;
employment through competition in public administration (ASL and/or local authorities).
Graduates in Food Science and Technology will be able to find employment in food industries, catering management companies, plant engineering companies, consortia and cooperatives in the food sector, and in the food communication and promotion sector.
