Course organisation

The Artistic, Library's, Performing arts heritage provides for the following bodies and functions, which are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the course.

Course President

The President convenes and chairs the Course Council and supervises its activities.

Course Council

The tasks of the Course Council are governed by the University Teaching Regulations.

The Course Council is made up of the official professors of the courses pertaining to the course and the researchers who carry out support teaching activities for a course pertaining to the course, as well as a student representation equal to 20% of the other members (student representatives currently in office: Samantha Bertanti, Lorenzo Faconti, Giulia Llapi Laura Teresa Pittella

Course Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)

Prof.ssa Federica Veratelli

The QAM:

  • cooperates with the President of the study course and the Department Director in planning improvement actions and monitors their implementation;
  • monitors the correct performance of teaching activities and support services;
  • informs the President of the study course of any problem concerning the correct performance of teaching activities, also on the basis of students' reports.

Course Quality Manager (CQM)

The Manager ensures the organization and functionality of the Course's didactics.

Review Group (RG)

The RG:

  • guides the study course towards the objective of continuous improvement of results
  • manages the self-assessment process, periodically monitoring the course data, detecting strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective and improvement actions.

Delegate for guidance and tutoring

Prof. Giorgio Milanesi
Guidance and tutoring activities support students in their choice of university pathway and throughout their studies.

Delegates for International Student Mobility

 Prof.ssa Francesca Bortoletti

The delegates for international student mobility work in synergy with the International Mobility Commission, which manages student mobility (incoming and outgoing) in relation to all international exchange programmes (Erasmus Plus, Overworld, etc.).

Delegate for career guidance

Prof. Carlo Gemignani

The Delegate organizes and promotes initiatives aimed at helping undergraduates and graduates enter the world of work.

Contact person for students with disabilities, Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) or vulnerable groups

Prof. Dimitris Argiropoulos
IThe course contact person for vulnerable groups works in close collaboration with the CAI (Reception and Inclusion Centre) on the reception, care, social integration and rights of people with disabilities, Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee of the Degree Course in Artistic and Performing Arts, composed of the Course President, the Vice-President and representatives from the world of work ensures a constant liaison with the world of business and work, in order to assess the progress of the Degree Course, to draw up proposals for the definition and design of the course catalogue and learning objectives, and to promote contacts for any internships for students in companies and organizations.
