Assessment methods and criteria
The examination will be conducted in a mixed format, during which students must demonstrate their understanding of the theoretical content related to each teaching module, as well as the ability to make appropriate connections between them.
The assessment can be divided into two parts:
The first part focuses on legal disciplines (Public Law Institutions - Prof. Petraglia, Administrative Law - Prof. Pedrabissi, European Union Law - Prof. Melli, and "EU Law: Applied Laboratory in Business Practices" - Prof. Guarenghi) and will consist of written questions.
The second part addresses the area of professional responsibilities (Forensic Medicine - Prof. Grazioso, Legal Aspects of Nursing and Midwifery - Prof. Casanova, Management and Regulatory Relationships - Prof. Costi/Lombardini) and will be conducted through an oral examination.
A necessary and sufficient condition for access to the oral exam is the successful completion of the written test.
Students must achieve a satisfactory evaluation in all components of the individual modules to pass the integrated course examination.
The examination will not be considered passed in the presence of any insufficient grades; in such cases, students will need to retake the entire examination. Students have the option to take both parts on the same day, provided they give prior notification when registering for the exam (esse3).
