Integrated course unit module: LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE MANAGEMENT ROLE

Learning objectives

The student should know and describe: legal system and constitutional law; State and other legal systems, sources of law; fundamental rights and freedoms, state organization, governments, Judicial systems and many others

Course unit content

The course aims to provide students with basic knowledge of State organization and law; Constitution and fundamental rights, with special attention to health right, and to organization and exercise of political power.
