Course unit content

In order to reach the training objectives, the student will be guided to the critical study and analysis of all the regulations governing health care management. It will start from a historical-chronological perspective, to get to the analysis of the present and the life within the care directions, with particular regard to the figure of the care director himself. In particular, roles, skills, interconnections with other professional, managerial and non-professional figures, as well as the delicate balance in which this figure is to be found within the company's overall structure will be analyzed.
