Course unit partition: THE MAITLAND APPROACH

Learning objectives

to introduce theoretical points of the Maitland Concept asking the students to organize a precise clinical reasoning and to teach the assessment and to treat the neuromuscoloskeletal problems.
To give to the students the idea to link what they have learned from the subjective examination with the signs and symptoms which have risen from the physical examination and to formulate ipothesys about the dysfunction presence in the patient.
To set up the treatment most suitable as the final point of the assessment and to have a clear idea about the importance of the reassessment a final parameter.
