The Degree Course in Pharmacy, with the help of the Department's International Student Mobility Committee, promotes the internationalization of its students’ education by encouraging their participation in Erasmus+ and Overworld mobility programmes. In this context, numerous agreements are in place with European and non-European universities that are willing to host students for training periods during which they can attend courses that are relevant to their curricula or carry out pharmacy internships or activities related to the experimental thesis, including with companies (Erasmus+ project SMS and SMT).
The Degree Course in Pharmacy encourages students' participation in mobility programmes through
- the attribution of an additional point to the grade of the final exam (degree examination) if the student has acquired at least 9 ECTS credits abroad;
- the recognition of all the training credits acquired by students abroad, congruent with the objectives of the course;
- classroom meetings for information on the Erasmus Plus and Overworld Programmes as part of the “Lesson zero” programme for students of all years and during the academic year;
- awareness-raising of prior preparation to obtain the language certification required by the host institution of interest.
