Integrated course unit module: INTERNET AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LAW

Learning objectives

This module, articulated in two class of three hours each, is devoted to explain EU legislative and non-legislative actions in order to regulate artificial intelligence and to guarantee legal certainty to digital platforms' operators. Course unit content

This teaching's contents delve into the relationships between two elements: a) the proposal for a regulation laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence; b) digital platforms.
