Course unit content
The lessons provide the basic notions regarding the medical-legal aspects of the profession of midwife. After the basic notions of criminal law, crimes related to health activities will be treated, discussing not only the general principles but also doctrine and jurisprudence. the issues closely related to the exercise of the profession will then be analyzed.

Verification of learning involves an oral exam and will cover the topics covered in class.
