The student should acquire sufficient information to judge his professional activity from a legal and ethic point of view with particular reference to criminal, civil and ethical aspects.
Course unit content
The lecture series explains the basic notions in relation to the medical-legal aspects of the health profession of Midwife with the analysis, in their legal and medical-legal meaning, of subjects closely related to the exercise of the profession, such as the correct compilation of health documentation, consent informed to treatment, up ton the themes of social protection of motherhood and voluntary interruption of pregnancy, sexual violence, with reference to the contents of the Ethics Code of Midwife
