Course unit content

During the last decades we have witnessed the growing in popularity of the "end of history" mythologem, according to which historical time has entered a stationary state. The birth and consequent spread of such mythologem are due to the establishment of a model of comprehensive rationality we can refer to as "neoliberal". The course will analyze the aforementioned model by isolating three of its core elements: the concept of human history, relations between politics and economics and the form of individual produced by the system.
