Learning objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to know and understand the major skeletal and muscle diseases of interest in the field of physiotherapy. The student apllying this knowledge and understanding will be also able, even with the collaboration with other professionals, to implemet rehabilitation programs in the field of orthopaedics and reumathology.

Course unit content
The course focuses on arguments of skeletal and muscle diseases including traumathology, orthopaedics, reumathology from a clinical perspective and from the perspective of medical-surgical/orthopaedic teratment and rehabilitation.

Assessment methods and criteria
The examination is oral and will aim to verify the knowledge of the students on the content of the course and the capacity of applying this knowledge to physiopathological examples. Practical tests will aim to assess the capacity of using the acquired knowledge and competence for the treatment of orthopaedic and reumathological diseases.
