(a) to acquire skills in the identification and treatment of nervous system injuries, (b)acquire knowledges in the clinical and rehabilitative management of traumas and of their most common complications,
(c) pursue the educational goal of the rehabilitative approach to central and peripheral traumas

Course unit content
The course is focused on providing cognitive elements on the pathophysiology, clinical findings and rehabilitation of injuries of nervous system. Particular emphasis is laid on: (a)illustration of short, medium and long-term complication of traumas of nervous system either central or peripherical, (b)organisation of modern services dedicated to specialist trauma treatment, (c)basic knowledge of the rehabilitative approach to nervous system injuries
