The module is part of the Integrated Course of Hygiene, Occupational Medicine and Law. The module aims to provide students with a solid understanding of current legislation regarding the rights and duties of the employee.

Course unit content
In the first lectures are presented the themes of the evolution of labor law, sources of law and labor in the Constitution.
Then are explained the regulatory aspects of employment with particular reference to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the employee.
Are also treated the themes of the national collective agreement, the right to strike and its regulation. Then also discussed the types of employment, the method of extinction and withdrawal of the employment relationship.
