Transfers and transitions Gastronomic Science
For the A.Y. 2024/2025, the Degree Course in Gastronomic Science provides free access and transfers and transitions to the first year are permitted from 01 August 2024 to 06 September 2024.
Transfers and transitions to the 2nd year (L26)
The application for transfers and transitions to 2nd year (L26) can be submitted from 1 August 2024 (Opening) to 11 October 2024 (deadline).
For transfers and transitions to the second year, students must prove that they have obtained a minimum of 30 ECTS credits in the following Academic disciplines, as resulting from their previous career:
MATHEMATIC-PHYSICAL-STATISTIC DISCIPLINES (max. 10 ECTS credits), accepted disciplines: FIS/01-08, MAT/01- 09.
CHEMICAL DISCIPLINES (max. 20), accepted disciplines CHIM/01-03, CHIM/06, CHIM/10.
BIOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES (max. 18), accepted disciplines BIO/01, BIO/05, BIO/10, BIO/15, AGR/02-03, AGR/19.
ECONOMIC-JURISDIC DISCIPLINES (max. 12) accepted disciplines: AGR/01, IUS/04, SECSP/ 08, SECSP/12.
FOOD TECHNOLOGY DISCIPLINES (max. 30) accepted disciplines: AGR/15-16.
DISCIPLINES OF FOOD SAFETY AND EVALUATION (max. 18), accepted disciplines: BIO/09, MED/42, MED/49, VET/01, VET/04.
HUMANISTIC DISCIPLINES (max. 20), accepted disciplines L-ART/03, L-ART/06, M-STO/01
Transfers and transitions to the third year of the Degree Course in Gastronomic Science embedded in L-GASTR
The application for transfers and transitions to the 3rd year (L-Gastr) can be submitted from 1 August 2024 (Opening) to 11 October 2024 (deadline).
For transfers and transitions to the third year, students must verify that they have obtained a minimum of 60 ECTS credits in the following Academic disciplines, as resulting from their previous career:
MATHEMATIC-PHYSICAL-STATISTIC DISCIPLINES (max. 12 ECTS credits), accepted disciplines: FIS/01-08, MAT/01- 09.
CHEMICAL DISCIPLINES (max. 24), accepted disciplines: CHIM/01-03, CHIM/06, CHIM/10.
BIOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES (max. 18), accepted disciplines BIO/01, BIO/05, BIO/10, AGR/02-03, AGR/19.
ECONOMIC-JURISDIC DISCIPLINES (max. 12) accepted disciplines: AGR/01, IUS/04, SECSP/ 08, SECSP/12.
FOOD TECHNOLOGY DISCIPLINES (max. 30) accepted disciplines: AGR/15- 16.
DISCIPLINES OF FOOD SAFETY AND EVALUATION (max. 18), accepted disciplines: BIO/09, MED/42, MED/49, VET/01, VET/04.
HUMANISTIC DISCIPLINES (max. 20), accepted disciplines L-ART/03, L-ART/06, M-STO/01
Requests for transition and transfer to the Degree Course in Gastronomic Science received after 6 September 2024 (1st year) or 11 October 2024 (2nd and 3rd year) will not be considered.
