For the academic year 2024/2025, the Degree Course in Gastronomic Sciences provides free access.

Entry Requirements

Admission to the degree course in Gastronomic Science requires a high school diploma obtained in Italy or another qualification obtained abroad recognised as suitable according to current legislation.


Admission to the degree course requires an adequate initial preparation, which is verified on completion of enrolment by means of a non-selective online self-assessment test designed to ascertain the level of knowledge of enrolled students in certain subjects: biology; chemistry; mathematics and physics; logic; economics; history and general culture and to ascertain whether the student has the basic knowledge required to attend the course successfully.

Enrolment 2024-2025

Free access course

Eligible Non-EU Nationals:  No. 5 of whom 2 were Chinese Marco Polo Project.
 
Enrolment: from 17/07/2024 at 12.00 p.m. to 20/09/2024 at 12.00 a.m.

Enrolment in single course units

Students can enroll in single course units and for a maximum number of 30 CFUs upon payment of the fees stipulated in the table at the following link https://www.unipr.it/singoli-insegnamenti , which also shows the procedure for purchasing individual courses.

The procedure indicates that the choice of teaching is subject to the approval of the Course Council.

For A.Y. 2024-2025, the Course Council has determined: 
- for students enrolling in teachings that involve laboratory activities it is necessary and a prerequisite to take or have taken the course on safety in the workplace;
- Enrollment deadline for individual courses:
    - 1st semester teachings: by October 20, 2024
    - 2nd semester teachings: by February 17, 2025
