Learning objectives
Objectives: During this course the students will acquire information about the principal components of the eucaryotic cells, with particular regards to animal cells. Starting from the molecules at the basis of life, the students will understand the relationship between macromolecules’ structures and their functions. Processes such as mitosis and meiosis will be explained in details. Metabolic pathways such as mitochondrial respiration process will be also considered.
