Bibliography

E. CASETTA, Manuale di diritto amministrativo, MILANO GIUFFRE', Latest Ed. (excluding chapters IV and XI- section I)
F.BASSI, Lezioni di diritto amministrativo, MILANO GIUFFRE', Latest Ed. (limited to chapters I- introductory note -, II basic concepts - IV – administrative activity and its basic principles - VIII- causes of invalidity in administrative measures - IX- self-protection).
Casetta’s text contains all the subjects on the syllabus under examination and is updated to include the most recent legislation. It is important, however, that students extend their knowledge (in order to understand possible differences in the way the subjects are treated) by reading the classic pages of BASSI on the most important principles and institutions in administrative law. One of the following is recommended for the main administrative laws: M. CAMMELLI- G. SCIULLO, Codice breve delle amministrazioni pubbliche, BOLOGNA, ZANICHELLI latest edition; or F.A. ROVERSI MONACO- L. VANDELLI, Codice breve di diritto amministrativo, RIMINI MAGGIOLI (latest edition).
Teaching methods

The course will be in the form of both lectures and seminars where the most important problems, even in terms of recent legal decisions, will be discussed.
