Learning objectives

The student will be able to:
1. Knowledge and understanding (knowledge and
understanding): to know the theories relating to complex organizational dynamics.
2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding (applying knowledge
and understanding): apply knowledge in organizational contexts, with particular reference to the management of organizational changes and the management of human resources.
3. Making judgments: knowing how to analyze cases e
problems related to complex group and organizational dynamics.
4. Communication skills - knowing how to communicate
correctly and effectively with their interlocutors in contexts
organizational.

Prerequisites

Students enrolled in the third year of Bachelor.

Course unit content

The laboratory-advanced course of Group and organizational dynamics complex aims to examine the behavior of individuals and the functioning of work groups (effectiveness, efficiency, conflict) in organizations, the managerial role, and analysis of organizational processes dynamics, organizational change from the point of view of organizational structures and cultures. The laboratory-advanced course is configured as a practical course where group exercises, role-playing, simulations, discussion of practical cases, and company testimonials will be used.

The laboratory - advanced course of Group and complex organizational dynamics aims to deepen the following aspects related to organizational dynamics, management and development of human resources: organizational role, organizational culture, organizational changes, complex team dynamics, skills, selection, analysis potential, performance and their analysis and evaluation; leadership and managerial role.
