Integrated course unit module: INTERNET AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LAW

Learning objectives

This module, articulated in two class of three hours each, is devoted to explain EU legislative and non-legislative actions in order to regulate artificial intelligence and to guarantee legal certainty to digital platforms' operators. Course unit content

This teaching's contents delve into the relationships between two elements: a) the proposal for a regulation laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence; b) digital platforms.

The texts of the proposal for a regulation laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence of the regulation on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services and the Elite Taxi and AirBnB judgements will be available on Elly.
