Learning objectives


This part of the course aims to provide knowledge and skills on issues related to artificial intelligence mechanisms in the context of constitutional protection of rights.

The course focuses on the analysis of the Internet and artificial intelligence impact's on constitutional principles and individual rights (right of access to the Internet; AI and democracy; concept of bubble democracy; AI and risks of discrimination; AI and the right to health; protection of privacy and data processing).
