Learning objectives

Please see Prof. Elena Carpanelli's syllabus. It is highly recommended to have already passed the exam of European Union Law.
Course unit content
Contents of this teaching delve into: a) the European Green Deal as a non-binding act yet being able to steer EU's legislative actions; b) the regulation establishing the framework for achieving climate neutrality; c) the Farm-to-Fork Strategy, with a particularly emphasis on food sustainability.

Teaching methods
This module will be conducted as a seminar, thereby favouring a debate between the instructor and the students.
