Interpretation and legal interpretation; interpretation in criminal law; constitutional interpretation; techniques of interpretation; schools and different approaches to legal interpretation; judicial interpretation and jurisprudential law; cognitivism and interpretative scepticism; rules and principles; balancing and weighing of principles
