Learning objectives
The lab aims at favoring the development of pragmatic communicative competencies. At the end of the lab, students should be able to:
1) Recognize pragmatic implication of communication
2) Recognize and make explicit factors that favor an efficacious communication
3) Identify factors that drive to a dysfunctional and/or problematic communication
4) Analyse and minimally manage interpersonal and interprofessional communications
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of social psychology and the psychology of communication
Course unit content
The lab aims at analyze communicative processes that characterize professional and interprofessional activities mainly considering pragmatic implications of communication.

Teaching methods
Interactive lessons that require the active participation of students, guided practice analysis of communicative interactions and group discussion to facilitate a) the acquisition of the ability to apply the knowledge to reality, b) the independence of judgment and c) autonomy in practice.
Assessment methods and criteria
The examination, without vote, requires that student analyses a communitive interaction. The lab is approved if the student is able to apply the knowledge acquired in practice
