Studying abroad

The University of Parma offers all its students various opportunities to foster the development of a real international dimension of higher education. From exchanges in Europe through the Erasmus Plus Programme to extra-European mobility with the Overworld Programme.

All updates on outgoing international mobility programmes are published on the University website:

Further information can be found on the Department's Erasmus and International Relations page, where you can also find the contact details of student tutors who provide support for internationalisation programmes and projects.

Erasmus delegate

For teaching matters, outgoing students can contact the Erasmus delegate professor for the course, Prof. Luca Caricati and Prof. Martina Giuffrè.

The Erasmus delegate performs the functions of information and assistance to students wishing to make use of international mobility services and agreements. The same delegate will assess candidates on the basis of a motivational interview, knowledge of the host country's language and curriculum vitae.

Before the departure of the period abroad, the delegate will help the student fill out the learning agreement, a fundamental document for defining the examinations to be taken at the host location and the modalities for their validation.

Mobility within the European Union: Erasmus+ Program
