Learning objectives
The purpose of the course is to provide elements for the understanding and evaluation of processes and pathways in the context of complex organizations in general and specifically in health facilities

Course unit content
The course is divided roughly into two parts:
the first is devoted to the illustration of the theoretical models,
the second is devoted to enhancing the design and operational methods related to the fields of public health authorities.
In the first part will cover topics related to:
Models of health services in Europe
Models of work organization
Organizational change
Management by Processes
The second section will cover topics related to:
organizational development (methodologies and tools)
Skills development
group management and leadership
analysis and demand management
