Learning objectives
At the end of the course it is expected that the student will be able to:

- know how to recognize connotative elements, signs and compensations in spinal disrafisms and neuromuscular diseases.
- know how to set the evaluation and treatment of spinal disrafisms and neuromuscular diseases

SPINAL DISRAFISMS
Definition and basic concepts on pathology
Neurological clinical classification
Evaluation: motoscopic observation and recognition of clinical signs useful for the treatment. Recognition and treatment of congenital malformations and acquired deformity.
Functional classification: lesional levels and cineseology analysis.
Tutoring and tutoring training principles.
NEUROMUSCULAR DISEASES OF DEVELOPMENT AGE
Definition and basic concepts on neuromuscular diseases
Anatomopathological classification
Dystrophy of Duchenne, Becker and SMA: natural history and complications.
Evaluation: recognition of clinical signs useful for the recognition of the disease phase and the setting of treatment. Analysis of compensation and walking. Evaluation scales.
Treatment: identification of objectives and description of tools. Choice of choice of rehabilitation program and tools.
Scoliosis in Spina Bifida, D. Duchenne and AMS.
Role of aids and orthosis in Spina Bifida, D.Duchenne and AMS.
