PRE-EVALUATION

Pre-evaluation of candidates is mandatory to determine eligibility for admission into Food Safety and Food Risk Management Master Degree Course.

Both italian and foreign students have to submit their application for the pre-evaluation using the appropriate link: 

https://www.idem.unipr.it/secure/pre_admission 

Before submitting your pre-evaluation form, your personal registration to the University Student Registry is required (ESSE3), to obtain the personal credentials to enter the system. Instructions and procedure are available here.

If your documentation is complete, we will proceed to a pre-evaluation of your qualifications.

 

DEADLINES FOR NON EU NATIONALS,
The deadlines for  requesting pre-evaluation of your academic credentials are the following:

May 31st, 2022 (first call)

June 1st to July 31st (second call).

 

DEADLINES FOR EU NATIONALS
They can submit their application for the pre-evalutation before 22nd October 2022.

 

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO ITALIAN STUDENTS

Italian students have to enclose in the pre-evaluation apply the following documentation: 

Degree certificate and trascript of records (Autocertificazione del titolo di laurea conseguito con la votazione e con l'elenco di tutti gli esami sostenuti con l'indicazione per ciascun esame dei cfu, del SSD (settore scientifico disciplinare) e del voto. Tale autocertificazione di solito si può scaricare dal programma gestionale dell'Ateneo di provenienza).

International Language Certificate - 

1 - B2 English certification issued by a recognized certification institution.

2 - In the event that the B2 has been taken as an exam during the three-year career: the student will attach a statement indicating that the exam was taken in the previous university career; in any case, the exam must necessarily appear in the self-certification of the exams taken.

3  - Students who have not yet achieved the B2 English eligibility must attach a document in which they declare that they have not yet acquired the B2 English eligibility at the date of the application and indicate the way in which they intend to achieve it (single course Unipr / external certifying body / career exam)

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO NON ITALIAN STUDENTS

Students holding a foreing first-level University degree, such as a BS, must first submit in the pre-evaluation application the following documents in pdf format, so that the Admission Committee can assess their qualification: 

Full University study record or transcript, including complete list of passed exams, their load in terms of lecture hours or credits units (with relevant definition), the achieved grades, and the final grade point average (GPA).

Final BS Diploma or equivalent University Diploma (students who have not yet received their first-level univeristy degree, but who expect to graduate before the application dedline set by the Italian Embassy, must specify their complete study programme and expected graduation date) 

English language proficiency certification required unless official evidence is submitted the BS had English as the official medium of instruction.

ACCEPTANCE LETTER
NON EU NATIONALS

Upon positive verification of your documents, we will issue a "Pre-acceptance letter" that NON EU NATIONALS  are entitled to use while finalising your pre-enrolment in the Universitaly portal., following the procedure described here.

EU NATIONALS

 Upon positive verification of your documents, we will issue an "Acceptance letter" that will entitle you to enrol the course following the procedure described here.
