Learning objectives
The course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to Italian private law. Special attention will be paid to the legal subjects (natural persons and corporate persons), to the "amministrazione di sostegno" and to the legal aspects of family relations.

Teaching methods
The course subject is systematically treated in the oral lessons. Seminars intended to examine the most recent jurisprudential developments may be organized.
