Learning objectives
The objectives of the course are to give to the graduate the theoretical and practical knowledge to develop the profession of Equine Sciences technicians. The graduate in Equine Sciences must be able to manage mares reproductive events, an equine breeding place as an assistant of the official veterinary. He also must be able to perform an artificial insemination in a mare.

- Estrus induction and sinchronization in the mare
- Ultrasonic imaging in the mare

- Management of the parturition
- Management of the foal
- Neonatal diseases in the foal
