Calendar of graduation sessions and deadlines

• Thursday 14 March
• Tuesday 23 April
• Thursday 4 July
• Thursday 12 September

30 days before

• 30 days (deadline by 12 a.m.) before the graduation date fixed by the official calendar it is mandatory to carry out the online degree application procedure and pay the fees relating to the application.

20 days before

• 20 days (deadline) before the graduation date fixed by the official calendar graduating students must upload their final dissertation/work in their reserved area.
  Attention. Failure to upload the final paper will result in automatic exclusion from the graduation session.

10 days before

• 10 days (deadline) before the official graduation date, you must have obtained the prescribed ECTS credits. 
  Attention. For those still in possession of one, please deposit your university academic transcript in the Student Registry Office.
   
• Graduating students who are unable to graduate are required to notify the Student Registry Office within the aforementioned deadline (10 days).
   
• Graduation dates may be subject to change if the maximum number of graduating students is exceeded.
