Course unit content

The teaching of motor activity in different age groups (pre-fit) 12 CFU is compliant with d.m.616.
The contents covered cover area D as provided in d.m. 616:
Essential terminology concerning physical activity.
The postural tonic system.
Joint mobility.
Sensory-motor, perceptive-motor, ideo-motor functions.
Basic motor schemes.
The human movement: definition, functions, forms, classifications and planning.
Programming and realization of the human movement.
Executive functions and life skills.
Motor skills.
The playgame
Chronological and biological ages.
Physical exercises for different age groups
Physical activities and lifestyles.
Scientific research in the field of physical activities.
The professional profile of the basic kinesiologist.
