Information literacy can be defined as the ability to know when there is a need for information, to be able to identify, locate, evaluate, and effectively use the needed information.
At the end of the training activity, the student should be able to:

The slides used during the lessons and the texts of the exercises will be made available online immediately after each lesson.
Other useful online resources will be shared with students.
Teaching methods
Credits 6, 36 hours in classroom (18 hours of lesson and 18 hours of exercise).
Lessons take place in a computer classroom and, at the end of each lesson, there is a classroom exercise; correction of classroom exercise is done immediately, so that students can check the skills they have acquired.
Assessment methods and criteria
At the beginning of the course an initial questionnaire will be given for evaluating basic knowledge and, possibly, revising the lessons.
Exercises are provided, with correction at the end of each lesson, to verify the content acquisition.
The final evaluation consists of a 1.5 hour written test, divided into two modules, one theoretical and one practical to be performed in a computer classroom.
The final test results are published within one week of the exam date.
Students can make appointments with the teacher to see the correct test.
