Learning objectives

The course is aimed at providing students with the key business language necessary to understand and participate in an international work environment.
The syllabus focuses on different language skills: grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, speaking, writing.
The course will also deal with functional language (summarising, presenting, negotiating, taking part in meetings) and cultural awareness (ability to understand and deal with cultural differences)

The course aims to allow Italian students to speak and to write business English in a correct and clear way.

Assessment methods and criteria

Evaluation of the knowledge and skills acquired during the course will be carried out by means of a written test and oral examination at the end of the academic year.
