Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with a theoretical and empirical knowledge of the ways of change experienced by regional economies because of globalization processes. The contemporary globalization is framed in patterns of regional development. The empirical knowledge of changes in regional economies, shaped by the global market competition, is gained by contrasting different types of regional economies constituting the Italian economy.
