Learning objectives

Teaching aims to make learning characteristics of individual sports highlighting aspects of their performance aspects. Upon completion of this course students should be able to know the teaching progression of various specific gestures, as well as being able to identify the various models of performance.

Course unit content

Sport performance and sport of situation: definition and peculiarities. The start-up and specialization in individual sports. I lent you models in individual sports. Classification of types of force. Evaluation methods for resistance and strength. In particular, the following topics will be studied:-definition of individual sports-individual sport pedagogy-instructional and methodological principles related to the specificity of each individual sports-posture and individual sports-technical analysis-didactic and methodological principles of individual sports-workout-notes notes on the management of a sports education, regulations and design methods of following sports: Swimming: arbitrage and penalty, dorsal and ventral crawl, frog, dolphin, individual races with mixed styles, synchronised swimming relay. Martial arts: Judo, karate gymnastics: men's and women's gear, rules, scoring and refereeing, rhythmic gymnastics Athletics: speed races, relays, obstacle courses, middle distance races, or races of endurance, jumps, throws, multiple weightlifting trials: race and field gear, specialty, rules and scoring
