Course unit content
The course is divided into three parts: an introduction to legal thought, with a historical-theoretical approach; a monographic part on the political effects of pandemics; elements of legal informatics

Ancient naturalism and the Natural Law School; Hume's turn; British empiricism; normativism and legal realism. History and critique of the political effects of pandemics and the reactions of institutions.
First approach to legal informatics.
