Course unit content
The course aims to provide to students input on the main aspect influencing the management of modern food chains. The topics will address the specificities of the agro-food sector, the agri-food chain, the market of agricultural production, the role of quality, the management of industrial and local food chains. The course will use lectures and seminars.
