Graduation Sessions and File Deadlines

A.Y. 2022/2023

Summer graduation session

  • Online application period 08/05/2023 - 09/06/2023
  • Deadline for mark registration and/or internships: 20/06/2023
  • Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 23/06/2023
  • Thesis presentation: 10/07/2023 - 14/07/2023

Early autumn graduation session

  • Online application period: 07/08/2023 - 08/09/2023
  • Deadline for registering examination marks and/or residual internships: 28/07/2023 (only the internship can be completed by 30/09/2023)
  • Deadline for uploading thesis in ESSE3: 12/10/2023
  • Thesis presentation: 23/10/2023 - 27/10/2023

Autumn graduation session

  • Online application period: 09/10/2023 - 10/11/2023
  • Deadline for mark registration and/or internships: 17/11/2023
  • Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 24/11/2023
  • Thesis presentation: 11/12/2023 - 15/12/2023

Extraordinary graduation session

  • Online application period: 15/01/2024 - 23/02/2024
  • Deadline for mark registration and/or internships: 08/03/2024
  • Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 08/03/2024
  • Thesis presentation: 18/03/2024 - 29/03/2024
