Graduation grade

The grade is expressed in a mark out of 110. The examination is deemed passed if the mark is 66/110 or higher. Unanimity of the committee is required for the awarding of honours.
The Graduation Committee will make an overall assessment of the candidate's preparation, taking into account the results of his or her entire university career and whether or not he or she has completed the course of studies by the deadline. The final grade is determined on the basis of the average of the marks obtained in the course units, to which 1 to 5 points are added, following the criteria of articulation and clarity of the argumentation in the written text and oral presentation.
The achievement of at least 12 ECTS credits during periods of study abroad or at least 6 ECTS credits during periods of residence abroad for internship purposes is also assessed by the Commission and awarded 1 point. An additional 1 point is also awarded to students who have participated, as representatives of the students of the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Cultural Industries, in at least 70% of the meetings of the following University Bodies and Organs:
  • Academic Senate
  • Board of Directors
