Learning objectives

The student will learn the communication elements and their utility in sanitary field. Also will learn different communication strategies to create rapport with patient and prevent conflicts.
Also will became able to recognize different type of situations at work, to deal with dentistry setting, to choose the best strategies as useful.
Every theme is discussed to improve personal abilities and to support work wellbeing.
Each lesson includes a theoretical and practical part, as a role play or simulations.
