Integrated course unit module: NURSING AND OBSTETRICS MANAGEMENT

Learning objectives

The course aims to facilitate knowledge and understanding of the main theoretical elements underlying the delicate process of management and organization of working groups, in order to apply the most correct management methodologies in order to manage key healthcare processes, knowledge of the principles of management, coordination and leadership, applied scientific research and support organization of health services.

Prerequisites

The examination of "Nursing Management and Obstetrician," in which the module specification "The organizational management of the working group and the management of care processes" is hinged, can only be taken after
passing the exams of "Health Management" and "Legal Aspects of
Role Manager
