Learning objectives

The internship will contribute to enrich the student's cultural background and experience, essential for the future work activity, and to create opportunities for contact with the world of work, facilitating the student's insertion once graduated.
The internship allows the student to come into contact in an effective and operational way with the reference work context, exploiting the skills learned during the academic career from a technical and practical point of view.

Prerequisites

According to the didactic regulations of the degree course, to access the internship the student must have acquired at least 100 ECTS and be enrolled in the third year of the degree course.

Course unit content

The degree course requires the student to carry out an internship in a company for at least 48 CFU at organizations, institutions, companies or professional design studios, during which the student will get in touch with the construction world, infrastructures or activities of planning, management and protection of the territory and will be able to apply the skills acquired during the studies.
Throughout the internship, the student is guided by the university tutor (identified within the teachers of the course) and by the company tutor (proposed by the company) who will work in close collaboration.
The activities in which the student will be involved will be agreed in advance by the tutors and the student. Any changes with respect to the planned educational activities will be discussed when necessary by the tutors and the student, with the goal to achieve the student's cultural and skills enrichment.
