Learning objectives
The course explains the foundations of public and administrative law in particular in its essential elements, necessary for the learning of urban planning legislation and public works that is the dominant part of the course.
At the end of the course, the student will have acquired knowledge of the fundamental principles of administrative law and national and regional discipline in urban/construction matters (particularly in terms of planning activity in general and "building procedures"), in public works and environmental legislation.
In addition, student will be able to learn of the main requirements in these subjects.

Frontal lessons.
The first part of the course will be aimed at providing the general principles of the discipline and examining the various institutions. Practical cases will then be discussed which will allow for a smoother understanding of the subject.
